The S-Bound 98 Crown/Dual Skin Xtralite offers the perfect blend of turning and touring for limitless backcountry adventures. The lighter Paulownia wood core improves efficiency for touring, while the deep sidecut and Nordic rockered tip make turning easier. Dual Skin compatibility now allows the Offtrack Crown pattern to be supplemented with either a mid-base Easy Skin 65, or full-length Super Skin. Designed to attach quickly, your steeper climbs can be tackled with ease.

These backcountry touring skis feature sidecut dimensions of 98/69/88. Opting for these skis provides stability and control under various snow conditions. Their width ensures you remain on top of deep snow more effectively than with regular, narrower cross-country skis. They are also equipped with the Nordic Rocker Camber design, which slightly raises the tips to enhance gliding capabilities through deep snow.

This version is crafted with crowns in the kick zone area, delivering good grip without the need for kick wax. To further improve grip, you can attach Easy Skins (sold separately). Skins are highly effective for achieving grip when skiing off-track.

The steel edges assure control on icy, hardpack snow surfaces.
