Due to high order volumes, some items may occasionally become oversold. If this happens, a full refund will be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience and will always do our best to fulfill every order.

Pricing & Product Information

• All prices on www.adventure365.ca and in-store are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
• Prices and product specifications may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to correct any typographical, photographic, or descriptive errors.
• Product availability may vary based on local, provincial, or federal regulations.
• Orders suspected to be placed by resellers or freight forwarders may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

Gift Cards

• Adventure365 offers electronic gift cards that can be purchased online and delivered by email to the recipient.
• Redeemable both in-store and online
• Non-refundable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash

Payment Options

• We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
• By completing your purchase and clicking “Buy,” you agree to pay the total amount for your order.
• If a transaction is flagged as potentially fraudulent, the order may be cancelled. In this case, a refund will be issued and our team will contact you to verify the details.

Best Price Promise

If you find a lower advertised price on an identical, in-stock item at a local retail competitor, we’ll match it at the time of purchase.

Conditions:

• The item must be identical (same brand, model, size, color, and condition).
• The competitor must have the item in stock and available for immediate purchase.
• The advertised price must be current and verifiable.
• The competitor must be a retail store located within 150 km of Adventure365.

Exclusions:

Price matching does not apply to:

• Out-of-stock items
• Expired or past promotions
• Clearance, liquidation, or closeout sales
• Special promotions (rebates, coupons, bundle offers, financing deals, etc.)
• Services
• Third-party vendors operating within Adventure365
• Membership-based retailers, wholesalers, or buying clubs
