Prices offered on the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, which will be added to your total invoice price.

Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of your order.

$15.00 Flat Rate Shipping Fee on All Orders*

*We provide a $15.00 Flat Rate shipping fee on all orders that ship within Canada (we do not ship to Yukon Territory, Northwest Territories, Nunavut). Packages will ship via Purolator.

*This applies to regular-sized items. For items that are considered over-sized (Bikes, Trainers, etc.), please contact us for a shipping quote.

Curbside pick-up is available for our local customers at no charge. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders outside of Canada at this time.

Return Policy

Items Purchased In-Store

Regular priced merchandise may be returned within 15 days. All returns MUST meet the conditions below and are at the Store's Discretion.

Items Purchased Online

Regular-priced items purchased on adventure365.ca can be returned to 444 Barrydowne Rd, Sudbury ON, within 30 days. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. A return shipping method with tracking is strongly encouraged.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Merchandise must be unworn/unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • All Sale / Clearance Items are Final Sale (discounted 20% or more).
  • Bicycles, water bottles, and hydration packs are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Clothing/shoes worn/washed or accessories removed from original packaging are non-refundable. Underwear is non-refundable.
  • Parts, Tools, and Special Orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Restocking Charge: Returns may be subject to a 20% fee.
