PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The Cervélo R5 is built for riders who demand every advantage on the climb and the confidence to push hard on the descent. Meticulously engineered to be lighter, stiffer, and more efficient, it blends razor-sharp handling with a refined ride quality that thrives in the mountains. Every detail has been optimized, from its slimmed-down frame and aero-focused cockpit to its UDH compatibility and weight-saving components. Making the R5 the ultimate tool for chasing podiums and conquering the steepest roads.
Features
The HB18 Cockpit
The HB18 cockpit makes its debut on the R5. The geometry of the HB18 matches the same +4 design that is found on the S5, meaning if your hood width is 38cm, the drops will measure at 42cm. This keeps things ergonomic and comfortable in the hoods, keeps you stable, and gives you leverage in the drops. It's also 134 grams lighter than the HB13/ST31 combo found on the last-generation R5.
