S/Race Prolink delivers both of these - with a Second Skin construction that wraps the boot snugly around the foot, and a heel adjustment for on-the-fly fine tuning. And a thinner PU under the forefoot provides unmatched feedback from the snow. Compatible with prolink, NNN and turnamic bindings.
